First of all this was unexpected. The line up is very rare, three upcoming acts collaborating on one track. You surely don't see that everyday in these parts.
Looking the past the minor shock value, 'Vex' is bloody group. It's a throwback to the slow and seductive style of R&B in the 90's. Victoria Kimani and Emma Nyra actually sing, a surprise since most of their singles have been too pop oriented.
While Victoria Kimani can double as a pop act, this song more than proves that Emma Nyra is a bonafide R&B act. She will find more success if she stays close to her strength.
As for Cynthia Morgan, this lady just improves with each passing song.
