Davido Nominated For MTV Europe Music Awards Best African Act

The young Nigerian popstar is once again being nominated for Best African Act along with Diamond Platnumz from Tanzania, Toofan from Togo and Goldfish from South Africa.

Nigeria's star singer Davido has just been nominated for the Best African Act at The MTV Europe Music Awards.

The singer who last week made the headlines after leading the continent at the Channel O Africa Music with 5 nominations, has scooped another international nomination for an award at the bash which will take place at Glasgow’s SSE Hydro on Sunday November 9 at 9pm.

The young Nigerian popstar is once again being nominated for Best African Act along with Diamond Platnumz from Tanzania, Toofan from Togo and Goldfish from South Africa.

This further adds to what has been an impressive year for the singer. Davido has already scooped up MAMAs, BET and AFRIMMA awards, proclaiming him as the best artiste in Africa for the year.
