Everything you should know about TV series

Didn't get enough of Dakore Egbuson, Nse Ikpe-Etim, Omoni Oboli and Ireti Doyle in "Fifty?" The hit 2015 movie is set to return as a TV series.

Production of a TV series based on the EbonyLife Films which grossed over  ₦400m, is being shot in South Africa.

The TV show will continue the premise that the movie set up – a week in the lives of 4 African Women approaching the golden age of ‘Fifty’.

The TV series stars Omoni Oboli, Dakore Akande, Uzor Osimkpa, Stevel Marc, Chris Attoh, Wale Ojo, Hakeem Kae-Kazim,Timini Egbuson, Palesa Setlhare among others.

The TV series is written by Ben Johnson and directed by the multiple award winning filmmaker, Akin Omotoso.

The movie had featured Oboli, Akande, Ireti Doyle and Nse Ikpe-Etim as four women approaching the age of 50.

No release date has been announced for "Fifty."
