How 'Igwe Tupac' actor became popular

Nollywood actor, Charles Okocha, made his debut in a 2001 hit movie which was directed by an AMMA award winner. Watch video.

Nollywood actor, undefinedalso known as undefinedis popular for his returnee roles, and No, he didn't just become popular. He has been in the industry for 'ages.'

In an interview with Pulse Nigeria, the actor spoke on becoming popular. According to him, award winning actor Teco Benson, brought him into the limelight in 2001, with the unforgettable movie 'Wasted Years.'

According to Okocha, he was walking down his street in Surulere, when Teco Benson approached him and asked if he was interested in acting.

The actor revealed that he kicked off his career with a one-scene role alongside the late Justice Esiri in Wasted Years.'
