Pastor Tunde Bakare Defends Controversial Photo

The pastor said he smiled because he knows God is bigger than Boko Haram and the Federal Government of Nigeria as a whole.

Head pastor of Latter Rain Assembly recently posed with a banner which read ‘Rescue Our Girls Now’ addressed to the government but smiled while taking the photo.

Well, the picture was seriously criticized by Nigerians on social media who felt it was a serious issue and he shouldn’t have smiled in the photo since his message was bothering on terrorism.

When the popular pastor was contacted by Sahara Reporters, he told them that he smiled because he knows God is bigger than Boko Haram and the Federal Government of Nigeria as a whole.
