The meeting was attended by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha, Head of Service, Mrs Winifred Oyo-Ita, as well as cabinet ministers.

The president's Chief of Staff, Abba Kyari, and National Security Adviser, Maj.-Gen. Babagana Monguno, were also in attendance inside the Council Chambers.
