Some of Nigeria’s finest female singers will be celebrated for their contributions to the music industry at theGreatest of All Times on Saturday November 14, 2015.
Concert to include Christy Essien Igbokwe, Salawa Abeni, Onyeka Onwenu, Evi Edna tributes
The upcoming gig will be celebrating Nigerian musicians who have made a significant impact in the music industry since the 90s to present day.
The event seeks to bring together different genres and generations of music.
The upcoming concert will feature tributes to Christy Essien Igbokwe, Salawa Abeni, Onyeka Onwenu and Evi Edna.
Aramide who is billed to perform will be sharing a special number originally composed by Igbokwe.
“I am more than excited to be performing Christy Essien Igbokwe ‘s Seun Rere. It is one of the songs I grew up listening to. I have been rehearsing with the band and I feel really privileged and nostalgic”, the singer said in a statement.

Koker of Chocolate City will also be paying tribute to Sir Shina Peters and Wale Thompson in a Fuji medley.
The maiden edition of GOAT will hold at the Shell hall of Muson Centre in Lagos. The concert celebrating Nigerian music and musician who have made an impact in the music industry is a concept from OSD Entertainment.
DJ Jimmy Jatt, Olamide, Olu Maintain, Paul Play, Styl Plus, and Tony Tetuila will also be performing live at the event.
