Reports have not been fully confirmed but sources say that the founder and bishop of Living Faith Church World Wide, also known as Winners' Chapel, David Oyedepo has been reportedly barred from entering into the United Kingdom.

It was revealed by news site, 'This Is Africa.Me' that the ban was communicated via an ‘Airline Alert’ on Saturday, 9 August, 2014′ and the alert warned that any airline that goes against the ban will pay a fine of £2000.

There is an inquiry set up by the UK Charitable Commission to investigate an accusation by Daily Mail and Guardian, which says that Oyedepo’s Winners Chapel UK branch were ‘cynically exploiting supporters’.
In a report by Daily Mail, Oyedepo’s Church ‘received £16.7 million in donations from followers who were told that God would give them riches in return’ and that ‘Followers are ferried in double-decker shuttle buses to the church, handed slips inviting them to make debit card payments, and are even told obeying the ministry’s teachings will make them immune from illness’.
