This event was organized by the burial organizing committee for the actress at Blue Roof at LTV 8, Agindingbi, Ikeja.

Toyin Aimakhu and Fathia Balogun were present. The 'Alakada' actress also spoke at the memorial/artist night. Her daughter also spoke and her brother Femi Olaiya.

Her daughter said this at the memorial service. "Mummy it still feels like a dream to me that you are no more, it still scares me that I'll never see you again. I don't know why this had to happen to you of all people but God know best. Heaven couldn't wait for a gem like you that's why God took you so early.

Every time I think of you I always wonder where you are but I know I don't have to worry because I know you are sitting next to God. You are irreplaceable. I will always love you with all my heart, Maryam loves you so much too. The world would never forget you Mother. Rest in peace" said the late actress' daughter Adunola Farombi.

Moji Olaiya will be buried on Wednesday, June 7, 2017, at the Ebony Vault, Ikoyi Cemetery. The late actress' remains and her baby arrived Lagos from Canada today, June 6, 2017.

Moji is survived by two daughters, Adunola who is currently mourning the loss of her mom and her two-month-old baby who is in the care of her friend in Canada.
