The IT chief, speaking with Pulse TV host, Misi Molu, explained that technological advancements in the country and the willingness of the citizenry to wholesomely accept its advent could play a key role in the power of the people to elect leaders and hold them responsible for their actions.

He also explained why the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) must improve on the success of the last elections and develop methods of combating technical difficulties during elections.
