If your life or actions do not include the foundation of encouragement toward others, you need to see the more reason why encouraging  others should be part of our everyday doing, you need valuate how encouragement can become part of your purpose.

Start by giving it out. Encouragement is not something you keep or save; that approach has little redeeming value. Encouragement is a perishable item best enjoyed in the moment because it could be the cure to the situation on ground. When you hoard or hesitate in offering your encouragement, the opportunity is gone.
