Illbliss says he looks out for loyalty before signing artistes
Rapper Illbliss has been responsible for the signing of acts Chidinma, Fefe, Mz. Kiss, and Tesh Carter to the Clarence Peter led music imprint Capital Hill Music.
During his exclusive interview with Pulse, he explains what he looks for in artiste before signing him or her.
"I don't sign immediately. I put you on probation which we tried. It's like a love affair. We check it three months, four months. Loyalty is absolutely key for me. Loyalty meaning when things are not popping you stay grinding. You have to be driven personally. You can't wait for me because I have my own music to push, and I have my own businesses to expand so I want you to bring back results" said the rapper.
"I sign result oriented artistes, artistes that want to score. You have to do it yourself. You are your first manager, show promoter, your first everything. You can't wait for the label" he emphasized.
