Readers say 52-storey tower block does not deserve 'best development' title

Earlier this year, a 52-storey tower block, called Zlotta 44, was named England's 'Best Residential Development'.

Prices range from £242,000 (N68.48m) for a one bedroom flat to £7m (N1.98b) for a penthouse in this building.

Features include 287 apartments, 25 metre swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, a gym, a private cinema equipped with a golf simulator, children's playroom, business conference rooms, a large temperature controlled wine storage and parking facilities.

Based on all of these wonderful features, readers were asked if this 52-storey tower block deserved to be named the 'Best Residential Development' in England.

They all disagreed.
