Ever-flamboyant, ever-rambunctious, Tonto Dikeh over the weekend celebrated her birthday, and she did it in grand style. As part of the events designed to usher in her added year with some good ol’ joie de vivre, Cokobar, hosted a party for her at their nightclub in London.
