N52b building project nearing completion
The National Institute for Legislative Studies is a monumental structure that will attract researchers from all over the world.
According to the management of the Institute, it will serve as a capacity development hub in the West Africa sub region, as well as a research and knowledge centre for the national assembly.
Speaking to newsmen, the Director General of the National Institute for Legislative Studies, Dr. Ladi Hamalai,“The rational was to ensure that the institute of such world class also has a befitting world class headquarters, which will have the necessary office space, training space and research facilities. All these are very necessary in any institute of such caliber.”
Reports have it that most of the building has been completed, awaiting the official opening.
