The Minister of State for Health, Dr. Osagie Ehanire, is making a few recommendations to the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC).

While receiving a delegation from FRSC, led by Corps Marshall, Boboye Oyeyemi, he urged the agency to increase their efficiency with these measures.

“Persons who apply for driver’s license for the first time should be made to undergo a ‘First Aid course’ before being issued a license; the vehicle inspection sector should be revamped; a positive attitudinal change on collection and management of data on road accidents should be encouraged; and the FRSC should set up accidents review panels who should constantly educate the public on causes of accidents and how to avoid them, amongst others."
