The video for 'Aza' isn't short on exciting moments in the 4 minutes, 20 seconds long clip.
The visual set in the creeks and on the creeks of Port-Harcourt in Rivers State Nigeria, is a documentary on life as it happens in the Niger Delta region.
In the opening scenes, a man is seen skinning goats, with Duncan Mighty right in the middle of a lake alongside a group of young and grown men as he delivers his verse.
The video also captures a woman scooping crude oil off the top of the lake, a common feature in the oil rich region as Davido walks down the street with locals lined up to catch a glimpse of the moment.
The climax of the video is where Davido, Duncan, Peruzzi and producer Fresh turn out in native attires at a traditional setting, where Davido is seemingly coronated.
On Twitter, the Clarence Peters directed video has generated a wide range of reactions, turning many who were previously unimpressed with the song into believers.
