Following his breakout in the music scene in 2004, the vocalist has mastered the art of making you  love love and all its complications through his musical compositions.

In celebration of his birthday, Pulse Music presents a list of love songs by the artist.

‘Escalade’

‘Escalade’ is an R&B ballad from the singer. The song is off his debut album “From Me To You”.

On the song, Darey sings about not having an ‘Escalade’ or being able to afford the finer things.

“All I can do is love you”, he confesses.

He does point out:

“True love don’t ask for no money, all the flashy cars, clothes and expensive things."

‘The way you are’

‘The way you are’ is an up-tempo love song. On this melody, he passes the message of loving oneself in spite all your flaws.

‘Not the girl’

Backed by the piano, ‘Not the girl’ is a narrative song that evokes emotion. The ballad is a about a man on the verge of a breakup. The song produced by Cobhams is off singer Darey's "un.DAREY.ted" album.

‘Inside of you’

The singer collaborates with Asa on ‘Inside of you’. The song infused with a reggae vibe is off his fifth studio album, “Naked".

‘Special fever’
