The former deputy national Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Chief Olabode George, has called on the Independent National Electoral Commission to be unbiased in 2019 general election.

In an interview he had with the News agency of Nigerian (NAN) on Wednesday, November 14, Bode George, urged INEC to conduct a free and fair election.
“My appeal is that there should be nothing hindering the electoral process. The election must be fair, just and equitable,” he said.
“The display in Ekiti and Osun state elections, simply put, was an absolute charade.
“If you read their reports on Ekiti and Osun state elections, it speaks volume about the irregularities perpetrated in those elections," he added.

He appealed to the commission not to manipulate the electoral process. He emphasised that "let the will of the majority be respected and sustained.”
