As expected, this has affected the nation’s economy, including certain areas, the real estate is one of them.

With this bad state of affairs, it is safe to assume that no one would invest in the real estate market.

However, the CEO of 3Invest,  Ruth Obih, disagrees.

In an interview with

"There has been an increase in interest because if you understand real estate, the best time to invest in real estate is during a downturn so this is actually a good time,” she said.

Obih was supported by Acho Azuike, Managing Director at Houston EB5.

"It gives investors an opportunity to invest in something they can actually touch and feel and we are giving opportunities to investors to invest in real estate abroad,”Azuike added.
