Meet the Jury for the Pulse Influencer Awards

The jury comprises of the brightest minds from across the globe who have a wealth of experience in the digital/media/partnership landscape. They will be responsible for screening the submitted nominations and selecting the Top 10 nominees per category. The Jury process will be transparent and fair and each nomination will be scored based on our criteria.



Oluwatosin Ajibade

Oluwatosin “OloriSuperGal” Ajibade is an award-winning media entrepreneur, author, and brand influencer. She founded OloriSuperGal.com, Aloe White Media, and Healthy Living with Tosin. Tosin launched the New Media Conference in 2015 and hosted its special Nairobi edition in 2017. She has worked with over 400 brands and earned accolades like The Future Awards Africa’s New Media Prize in 2016. Tosin is passionate about social causes, including gender-based violence awareness and Vitiligo advocacy.





Seun Johnson

In nearly two decades, he has crafted impactful experiences in Nigeria's media and entertainment landscape. As a Resident Judge on "The Headies Mic Check" and former General Manager at Empire Mates Entertainment, he has nurtured talents and driven innovation. His work spans global events like "Global Citizens Live" and includes leadership roles at The Headies Awards and collaborations with iconic brands and personalities. He is passionate about storytelling and cultural impact.





Esse Akwawa

With over a decade of experience, Esse Akwawa is a visionary media executive, producer, and director. As the head of Accelerate Studios, she leads a diverse team crafting globally resonant, socially conscious narratives. Her acclaimed works include "All’s Fair In Love" on Prime Video and "The Order Of Things" on Netflix. Esse's dedication to impactful storytelling continues to shape the future of African cinema.





Elizabeth Osho

Elizabeth Osho is the Founder of SoMedia Solutions Group, a communication and PR firm with offices in Washington DC and Lagos. A former journalist turned communications expert, she has led brand strategies for Netflix, Disney, Unilever, and MTN. Elizabeth holds a BA in Classical Civilization from the University of Birmingham and has been named among the "100 Most Inspiring Women" by Leading Ladies Africa and The Guardian Nigeria.



Evi Odafe-Ejumedia

Evi Odafe-Ejumedia is a seasoned project management professional with over 10 years in media, broadcast, and entertainment. As a Television Producer and Director, she excels in product development, strategy implementation, and stakeholder management. Evi is known for leading teams to excellence in broadcast practices, with expertise in market research, on-air content planning, and financial forecasting, making her a key figure in content development and growth aggregation.





Femi Bakre

Femi Bakre is an award-winning engineer, entrepreneur, and CEO of Kraks Media, a top digital marketing agency in Nigeria. He co-founded KraksTV in 2014, transforming it into a multimillion-Naira business within three years. Under his leadership, Kraks Media expanded into events, video production, and talent management. Femi also actively supports philanthropy, partnering with organizations like Aurora International Charity Foundation, embodying the new youth movement in Nigeria.





Oluwasola Obagbemi

Sola is a Certified Public Relations & Communications professional with over 14 years' experience. She is the Corporate Communications Manager for Sub-Saharan Africa at Meta, overseeing the brand's external communications. Previously, she led communications at Andela Inc. and Red Media Africa. Sola holds a Master’s in Communications from the University of Ghana and a B.A. in Dramatic Arts from Obafemi Awolowo University. She is also a faculty member at The Rome Business School and a passionate advocate for women's equality and inclusion.
