Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba has revealed that his home was robbed.
Paul Pogba becomes 3rd Manchester United player to be robbed in 2022
Robbers broke into Pogba's house while his kids were sleeping.
The 29-year-old revealed that his house was robbed while he was playing for Manchester United against Atletico Madrid in the Champions League.
The French midfielder took to his official Instagram account to share that the robbery took place while his kids were in the other room.
The statement said, "Last night our family's worst nightmare was realized when our home was broken into and burglarized while our babies were sleeping in their bedroom.
"The burglars were in our home for less than five minutes but in that time they took from us something more valuable than anything we had in our home... our sense of safety and security.
"This occurred during the final minutes of last night's match when they knew that we would not be home.
"My wife and I rushed home not knowing if our children were safe and unharmed.
"As a father there is no feeling worse in this world than not being there to protect your children and I sincerely hope that no one ever has to feel what I felt last night.
"It is for this reason that I would like to offer a reward for anyone who has a clue to help us. Please send any info to email@example.com."
Pogba now becomes the third Manchester United player to be robbed in the year 2022.
Back in January, Jesse Lingard was robbed while he was in action against Aston Villa.
The second Manchester United player to be robbed was Swedish defender Victor Lindelof whose house was also broken into with his wife and children at home.
The Lindelof incident was just four days after Lingard's robbery while he was featuring for Manchester United against Brentford.
