Benzema, Raul, Roberto Carlos and Casillas model the new Real Madrid jersey ahead of the Champions League final against Liverpool.
The new Real Madrid kit dropped via the club's social media platforms on Monday, May 16, 2022.
The statement that came with the post said, "History, tradition and unforgettable moments: it's all in the details. Discover our new 2022/23 home jersey, available now."
The new Real Madrid home jersey
The new Real Madrid kit was modelled by players of the men's and women's team.
Some of the first team players that modeled the new jersey include captain Marcelo, Karim Benzema, Nacho Fernandez and Ferland Mendy.
Some clubs legends such as Raul Gonzalez, Roberto Carlos, and Iker Casillas also modeled the new jersey
The new Real Madrid home jersey was designed by popular international sports wear brand Adidas.
The design has the three adidas stripes on the collar trim and shoulders.
The new kit represents a tribute to the club's history and has a combined colour of white and purple.
The new jersey for the 13 time European champions is a tribute to the club's glory.
To commemorate Real Madrid's 120th anniversary the jersey has a logo inside of the button-down collar.
Another feature on the new home jersey is the white crest all over the material.
The unveiling of the new Real Madrid jersey comes after Adidas dropped the kits for their rivals.
German Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich unveiled their kit last week and debuted it in the league while Juventus also recently released their new outfit.
Real Madrid dropped their new home jersey ahead of the meeting with Premier League giants Liverpool in the UEFA Champions League final scheduled to take place in Paris on Saturday, May 28, 2022.
