There was a rush of excitement by fans of the English Premier League when it was announced that the Borussia Dortmund hitman would join Manchester United Legend and host of the Sky Sports Monday Night Football Show, Gary Neville and Liverpool legend and co-host Jamie Carragher in the studio for the analysis of the Everton vs Arsenal game after the latter tweeted on his debut on the show earlier this evening.
Haaland's absence serves early Monday Night "Heartbreak" for Premier League fans.
Sky Sports host, Gary Neville confirmed that the Borussia Dortmund star striker will not be present in the studio for the Premier League fixture clash between Everton and Arsenal on Monday evening.
The 21 year old Norwegian has in often times past been seen as a real character in his pre and post match press interviews and fans of the star striker were certainly to see him bring all the sauce to studio on the night.
Unfortunately for Haaland fans, the announcement turned out to be was just a false alarm as their hopes were dashed instantly the minute Gary Neville announced he will not be present at the studio.
The mercurial star striker has been linked a lot to a transfer move to the Premier league all throughout the year with clubs like Chelsea, Manchester United and Liverpool still monitoring his situation at current club Borussia Dortmund ahead of the January transfer window on as it remains to be seen where the Dortmund no. 9 will be plying his trade next season.
Would have been really interesting to see Erling Haaland take up the post match analysis duty on a premier league match day regardless.
