Roland Fischnaller and Nadya Ochner were triumphant at the maiden parallel team event in the Alpine Snowboard World Cup on Friday.
The duo combined to help Italy beat the Russian pairing of Natalia Soboleva and Andrey Sobolev in the Big Final in Montafon.
It marks a continuation of an outstanding start to the season for Fischnaller that has seen him win back-to-back World Cup races.
His latest individual success also came in Montafon in Thursday's parallel race.
The Italian pair had already beaten teams from Switzerland, Germany and Japan on their route to the Big Final.
Japanese duo Tomoka Takeuchi and Masaki Shiba may have failed to win their semi-final, but they at least managed to rebound to win the Small Final and claim third place.
