Former South Africa athlete and ex convict, Oscar Pistorious, who was released from prison a few weeks back after being convicted of manslaughter in the death of his ex, was seen in a selfie shared by his friend, causing new ontroversies.

Pistorious was full of smiles in the new selfie with his friend, rugby player, Brett Sharman, smiling and looking happy.

Sharman posted the photo via with caption #WeekendVibes unfortunately leading to an outrage in SA, prompting him to delete it.

The photo was taken during a party with friends and family in his home where he is currently under house arrest.

The selfie is the first official photo that Oscar has been seen in since his release from prison.

After being heavily criticised for sharing the photo showing a smiling Pistorious, Sharman claimed it was not a new photo.
