Former world number one Novak Djokovic has been shockingly dumped out of the Australian Open by world number 58 Hyeon Chung.

Djokovic was beaten 7-6, 7-5, 7-6 in the fourth round by 21-year-old South Korean Chung.

The 30-year-old continues his poor form and remains without a grand slam since he won the 2016 French Open

He, however, remains the most successful player in the history of the Australian Open, having won in Melbourne six times.

For Chung, this will be the first time he will be reaching the quarter-final stage of a Grand Slam.
