NBA stars LeBron James and Draymond Green have been trading shots to each other on Instagram.
Following Golden State Warriors win over the Cleveland Cavaliers, Green and James have continued to go at each on Instagram.
This time it all started with Green who does not shy away from controversies. The Warriors star showed up at their victory parade wearing a shirt with the caption ‘Quickie’ a photo of the Finals trophy.
The ‘Quickie’ is a reference to how fast it was for the Warriors to beat the Cavs in the NBA Finals series.
When asked in an interview about the shirt, Green admitted it was for the Cavs and revealed that he a more outrageous shirt to wear which was not finished in time.
“I can't forget the Ultimate Warrior shirt from LeBron. The 3-1 tombstone cookies and all of that. I was waiting on this moment ... I'm petty. I've been waiting for a while, just coming up with ideas. I had this one idea for a shirt, and I waited too long to try to get somebody to draw it up. It was a bit much, though,” Green told NBC Sport.
James responding to Green put up a photo of Green with the ‘Quickie’ shirt with the caption “That's what she said, HUH?!?!?”
Green returned the shot, posting a screenshot from a video James had shared earlier. “Them dubs finally made him go bald!!! Congrats bro @kingjames,” Green fired back.
