Woman sues 26 Yr-old ‘rapist’ Basketballer for causing her genital and anal tear in rape assault

Michael Beasley, a 2008 NBA Draft had been investigated by the Police but was found innocnt of any sexual aggravation.

Michael Beasley may have just had a carnal knowledge of the woman who was not named by TMZ, maybe by mutual consent considering the decision of the police not to slam the 2008 NBA draft for sexual assault after thorough investigation.

According to her, she states that Beasley and a friend "overpowered, restrained, fondled, grabbed and groped [her], stripped her clothing from her, repeatedly choked her into unconsciousness , and repeatedly sexually assaulted and raped her," adding that they 'brutally inflicting physical injuries to her genitals and anus, causing tearing and bleeding' in the process; when she and her friend visited them in a Scottsdale, Arizona home back in 2013.

Police Sgt. Mark Clark, after investigating the case decided that they "did not establish probable cause that sexual assault happened," as it did not lead to any reason to believe it was an incident of rape.

However, the woman is resilient, probably to make the young sportsman who currently balls for Shanghai Sharks in the Chinese league; she is suing for $25 million and already filed a case on Tuesday, January 13 2015, in Arizona.
