Nigeria international Victor Moses could be on his way to West Ham after struggling to get game time at Chelsea.

West Ham United according to reports have made a a £6m transfer bid for the 24-year-old who has spent the last two seasons on loan at Liverpool and Stoke City.

After two successive league defeats to Leicester and Bournemouth, West Ham coach Slaven Bilić believes he needs width in the team to improve results.

Moses, Manchester United forward Adnan Januzaj and Tottenham fastman, Aaron Lennon have been targeted by the West Ham.

At the beginning of the season, it was reported that Moses will be part of Jose Mouinho's plan, but the signing of Barcelona wide-man Pedro and young Brazilian forward Kenedy has cast doubts into the 24-year-old's future at Stamford Bridge.

Moses is currently nursing an injury which ruled him out of contention to be in the Super Eagles squad for next month's 2017 African Cup of Nations qualifiers against Tanzania.

Moses and Chelsea teammate John Mikel Obi were left out from Super Oliseh's 18-man foreign based players released on Monday, August  17 but the forward took to Twitter to explain why he did not make the squad.

Thanks for all of your support and concern. I am having treatment on a small injury but hopefully will be back very soon,” Moses tweeted.
