Former Lobi Stars goal king Timothy Anjembe has returned to the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) seven years after he left to play in Vietnam.

At the age of 18, Anjembe had a sensational season with Lobi Stars scoring 15 goals in 2005 which earned him a move to Enyimba.

From Enyimba the striker moved to Vissai Ninh Bình F.C and secured a loan contract at Đồng Tháp F.C in Vietnam.
