A second-string Super Eagles ended Guinea-Bissau's campaign with an easy 2-0 win in their final match in the group stages at the Garoua Stadium in Cameroon.
Both goals arrived in the second half through Sadiq Umar and William Troost-Ekong, the stand-in skipper as Nigeria finished from Group D unscathed.
But the Pulse of the Day came from the superb Kelechi Iheanacho, who was involved in the opening goal by Umar.

With the Djurtus of Guinea-Bissau growing in confidence after a goalless first half, Nigeria finally subdued them 11 minutes into the second half.
It needed a moment of magic after a beautiful build-up on the left from trio of Tyronne Ebuehi, Alex Iwobi and Wilfred Ndidi found senior man, Kelechi Iheanacho in a dangerous area.
The Leicester City forward looked up before producing a quick outside the foot pass from the right to pick out a lurking Sadiq Umar at the far left for an easy tap in to break the deadlock.
The result was never in doubt after that beautiful breakthrough inspired by Iheanacho, who has now had a hand in two goals (1 goal, 1 assist) in three outings for Nigeria at the AFCON 2021.
Moses Simon would have served the ultimate Pulse of the Day moment but the Nantes man was denied a moment of glory by the woodwork after a magical run in the build-up to Nigeria's second goal against Guinea-Bissau.
