Chelsea have signed Ghanaian left-back Rahman Baba from Augsburg to replace Filipe Luis


Chelsea have completed the signing of Ghanaian left-back Rahman Baba  from Augsburg.

Having sold Filipe Luis back to Atletico Madrid, Jose Mourinho has disclosed that he needed another leftback.

According to reports, the Chelsea manager's wish has been granted with the £15m capture of Baba.

After a break-out season in the Bundesliga with Augusburg, the 21-year-old has attracted a lot of attention of from a host of leading European clubs.

Rahman according to Sports Bild, Baba will  earn £1.4m per season at the Stamford Bridge club.
