Ebere Odiche, Tony Ogharanduku named player, manager of the month

Heartland FC striker Ebere Odiche and manager of leaders FC Taraba Tony Ogharanduku have been named the leagues's Player and Manager of the Month of March

 

Ebere Odiche of Heartland FC and Tony Ogharanduku of FC Taraba have been named the League Bloggers Awards [LBA] Player and Manager for the month of March.

Odichie goal scoring performances for the Owerri based Heartland FC helped him beat off competition from of Sikiru Adewale of Warri Wolves, Kwara United's Segun Alebiosu, Evans Iyoro and Enyimba’s Idris Aloma.

Odiche scored two in the month of march; the two freekicks against Shooting Stars Sports Club [3SC] and Nasarawa United have helped Heartland to a superb start to the season.

Tony Ogharanduku is the manager of the month after overseeing FC Taraba's  brilliant start of this Nigeria Premier League season beating Erasmus Onuh of Heartland, Tunde Abdulrahman of Kwara United and Mitko Dobrev of Gabros FC.

Tony Ogharanduku's side are currently ontop of the  League table after chalking up seven points out of nine in March.

The LBA will present Odiche and Ogharanduku their awards later in April as the first recipients of the player and manager gongs respectively for this season’s Glo Premier League.
