Michael Babatunde

The 23-year-old joined the three-time African champions Raja Casablanca in January from Ukraine side Dnipro.

Many have opined that he joined the relegated side because of the money but Babatunde says he was drawn to the club because of their vision.

"Qatar SC has a strong desire to return to the topflight and I hope to make a big contribution," he told BBC Sport.

"It has been a beautiful journey with Raja Casablanca and five months there looks like five years already because of the love shown to me.”

He also expressed his wish to one day return to Raja.

The Super Eagles midfielder scored four goals and made 13 assists in 14 appearances for Raja.

He represented Nigeria at the 2013 FIFA Confederations Cup and the 2014 FIFA World Cup.
