Mikel Obi thinks John Terry will retire at Chelsea after the 35-year-old nearly left the club last season.
Terry is currently the longest serving player in Chelsea having joined the club when he was just 14.
The 35-year-old nearly left Chelsea last season before he signed a new contract and Mikel thinks the defender will retire at the club.

“I think JT will definitely be in Chelsea forever, so I can always wish him well, even when he retires, I think he will always be involved with this football club," Mikel told Goal.
Mikel also revealed that Chelsea new coach, Antonio Conte played a big role convincing Terry to remain at the club.
"I think Conte played a big part in that contract that JT got. "I think if JT said no, then obviously I don't think the club would have done that, but I think the fans as well got right behind JT and the fans really wanted him to stay.
"He is the leader, he is the captain and the fans really think with JT we have a better chance of winning the trophy again. I think everyone came together the fans, Antonio and the board did a massive job to make sure that John stays.”
While he believes Terry will retire at Chelsea, the Super Eagles captain is ready to leave Stamford Bridge after 10 years.
Mikel who is the second longest serving player at Chelsea last week revealed that he will start talking to other clubs in the 2017 winter transfer.
“I have one year left [on my contract],” Mikel told Goal.
“When you have a year left as a football player, you have to start planning and start thinking about what’s going to happen at the end of the season. Yes, there are going to be rumours, yes, there are going to be conversations between clubs.
“When you have a year left, in January, you are allowed to talk to other clubs and sign a pre-contract or have an agreement so, yes, I will talk to other clubs because you never know what is going to happen.”
Mikel has made 249 appearances for Chelsea, winning two Premier League titles, four FA Cup trophies, two League Cup honours, the Champions League and the Europa League.
