This report comes just a month before the 2016 Women’s African Cup of Nations.
According to BBC, the NFF are trying to resolve the situation before Omagbemi lead the Super Falcons to Cameroon for AFCON.
"It's been a challenging year for the federation financially but we're working hard to resolve this before the team depart for Cameroon," NFF official Chris Green told BBC Sport.
"Omagbemi has been very calm about it and it has to be sorted out as soon as possible."
Wages and camp allowances are also yet to be paid to the Super Falcons players and coaches.
For the 2016 Women’s AFCON, Nigeria have been placed in Group B with Ghana, Mali and Kenya.
