Clarence Seedorf who was sacked by AC Milan in the summer is ready to go to court with AC Milan, according to his lawyer Tiziano Treu

Talks with the club over financial compensations for the 38 year-old retired footballer broke down after several attempts to reach an agreement failed.

According to the contract Seedorf signed back in January when he assumed the position of head coach, he was supposed to stay until 2016 but was let go, with replacing him

As quoted in Italian media , Seedorf’s lawyer Tiziano said:

Seedorf failed to inspire the club beyond the 8 position if finished last season

With two games already gone in the season, AC Milan is currently on top with two wins under Filippo Inzaghi
