Further scans on his injured left leg shows that he will be out of action for about a month
Enyimba goal king Christian Obiozor will return to action in mid-September following his cruciate ligament injury.
The striker sustained the injury in last weekend's game against Bayelsa United.
The injury was thought to be minor but further scan has shown that the striker will be out for a month.
"Christian Obiozor will not feature for the club until mid September following his cruciate ligament injury," Enyimba head of media, Farriel said.
"The injury to his left leg was thought to be minor but scans have shown the full extent of the damage that will keep him out for a month."
The 21-year-old striker is currently Enyimba's top scorer with 6 goals.
