Super Falcons of Nigeria star Asisat Oshoala has reflected on winning the top scorer award in Spain for the 2021/22 season.

The 27-year-old Oshoala joined Barcelona Femeni in 2019 from Chinese side Dalian Quanjian.

Reflecting on the achievement, Oshoala in an interview with the BBC stated that the top scorer was a team effort.

"We've been working hard all season and cannot stop now because we have another big one ahead of us."

Oshoala and Barcelona Femeni take on Lyon in the Champions League final on Saturday, May 21 and then the Copa de la Reina semi-final on Wednesday, May 25.
