On today’s episode of Keeping up with the Buharis, Aisha Buhari is sorry! The First Lady tendered an apology to Nigerians and her family over the rant video that went viral on social media. In a statement released by the First Lady’s spokesman, Suleiman Haruna, Aisha said she was sorry for any embarrassment the video may have caused Nigerians, her family and the presidential villa. " " She made the apology while hosting wives of governors of the 36 states. Aisha has been in the news for all the right and wrong reasons in the last couple of days, starting with her alleged return to stop her husband’s reported wedding. Then the circulation of a video showing her shouting at a woman who was later identified as Fatima Daura, the daughter of Buhari’s famous cousin, Mamman Daura. That was when the gbas gbos started. Fatima, in an interview with BBC Hausa, owned up to recording the video, insinuating that the First Lady sometimes gets violent when she is upset. In trying to set the records straight, Aisha revealed that Fatima was mocking her and kept her trapped in the villa after Buhari asked Fatima and her family to leave. Wetin Musa no go see for gate?!
