How these $3,000 hazmat suits are made to keep up with pandemic demand
Kappler specializes in making fully encapsulated $3,000 hazmat suits. Due to the pandemic, the company saw a 25% jump in demand and an even bigger jump among its newest product: child hazmat suits. But due to an outbreak in the factory and staffing issues, the company couldn't make suits fast enough. (This footage was filmed in January 2020.)
