A drone builder claims he invented the smallest flying car in the world — the Koncepto Millenya

Kyxz Mendiola claims to have made the first flying car concept — The Koncepto Millenya. Based on a drone design with multiple downward facing propellers, the Millenya has one seat, can fly up to 15 minutes, and takes two-and-half hours to charge.
