<p>Away from the rapper’s <em>Knee Down</em> short film, fans are highly anticipating his 2022 big screen debut on the Jade Osiberu produced <em>Brotherhood</em>. </p>

<p>Falz will star alongside Tobi Bakre as twin brothers on opposite sides of the law in the film already confirmed for a September 23, 2022 theatrical release. </p>

<p>Ighodaro, on the other hand is currently filming the second season of Arese Ugwu’s <em>The Smart Money Woman. </em></p>

So, the story goes on to match all the what ifs. What if a cinematic universe exists where the woman literally calls the shots? What if she stipulates how her marriage should work?</p>

<p>An almost certain first reaction to 'A Second Husband' is discomfort and maybe repulsion for some. The universe created by <strong>Kenim Obaigbena</strong>&nbsp;is unnatural and understandably shocking with characters as heavily laden metaphors.</p>

<p>Although selfish, <strong>Tope's</strong> character <strong>(Osas Ighodaro) </strong>represents a queer form of liberation. It is almost as though she holds the keys to an Utopian world, one the audience might be unsure of embracing.</p>

<p>Away from the sheer beauty of the tale is an equally awe inspiring performance by its actors. As <strong>Tope, Osas Ighodaro</strong> is constantly present even when the cameras take a break from her. The absence of a struggle to sound as Nigerian as possible doesn't play out here giving Ighodaro another opportunity to truly embody the character.</p>

<p><strong>Kole </strong>wears his heartbreak on his sleeves and<strong> Udoka Oyeka </strong>ensures his audience sees it with his delivery of unfiltered emotional breakdowns.</p>

<p>Demi -god bodies, impressive color grading will certainly get 'A Second Husband' its much deserved nod but all that pales in comparison to the protest in its message.</p>

<h1>Gbenro Ajibade was a guest at Ebuka’s ‘Rubbin Minds’ a few days ago where he confirmed that he had officially divorced former wife, Osas Ighodaro.</h1>

<p>During his chat with Ebuka, he was asked if he married Osas just so he could obtain the blue passport (Because that’s the perception amongst a lot of people), <a href="https://www.pulse.ng/entertainment/celebrities/gbenro-ajibade-says-he-didnt-marry-osas-ighodaro-for-a-green-card-video/hs6xbbe" rel="noopener noreferrer">to which he blatantly denied</a>. According to him, it was only normal for him to obtain a residency in the US the moment he and then-wife, Osas started planning a family.</p>

<p>This statement didn't, however, go down well with a lot of people. Since the release of that interview, Gbenro started trending on Twitter with a majority dragging him over his comments about his divorce with movie star, Osas Ighodaro. <h1>Gbenro Ajibade has come out to say that he didn't marry his ex-wife, Osas Ighodaro for a green card.</h1>

<p>The actor made this known during a chat with <strong>Ebuka</strong> on '<strong>Rubbin Minds</strong>.' According to him, he wouldn't have gone through all the different  processes of getting married just so he could get a blue passport.</p>

<p><em>"If it was about that, I won't go through all that process, do a traditional marriage, involve families, do a white wedding in New York. Do you know how much I spent?...it was way far from that. That just popped up when we started having kids and it was the next thing up,"</em> he said.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Ebuka further asked but about the perception of the public <em>"Those are bullets i'll have to collect because I wear those shoes and I know what it feels like and I'm just trying to be that good responsible man,"</em> he concluded.</p>

Gbenro Ajibade has come out to say that he didn't marry his ex-wife, Osas Ighodaro for a green card.

<p>He, however, confirmed the divorce rumours between Osas Ighodaro and himself.<em> ''We are no longer together. We are divorced,"</em> he said.</p>

<p>The movie star took to his Instagram page on Sunday, February 17, 2019, <a data-link-role-code="none" href="https://www.pulse.ng/entertainment/celebrities/gbenro-ajibade-calls-out-wife-osas-ighodaro-on-instagram-over-neglect-of-their-child/jm11qyf" rel="noopener noreferrer">where he slammed her</a> for leaving their child in the hands of strangers to go party with friends.</p>

<p><em>"Who leaves their baby in the house and goes out to party with friends/events from 6 pm to 5 am?!!! It is not the first, second, third and fourth time, the other night you slept out you sent our baby off with a stranger to drop her off at home with the nanny so you can be out all night,"</em> he wrote.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The couple had a fairy tale wedding back in 2015.</p>
