On Friday, Lagos Stallions fell to Izobe Basketball, 62-94. On Saturday, Abidjan Ramblers beat Lagos Warriors 73-67.

The first overtime of the African Basketball League history happened as Lagos Islanders and Dakar Rapids had 69 points each.

The Rapids later finished winners 81-69.
