Washington Redskins wide receiver DeSean Jackson is not a player short on confidence.
DeSean Jackson believes he is the best wide receiver in the NFL, after the outspoken Washington Redskins star claimed "no one" can stop him.
Jackson was taking part in training on Monday, up against cornerback Chris Culliver, when he was asked about the ability of his Redskins team-mate.
In response, Jackson boasted about his own game and called out Philadelphia Eagles cornerback Darrelle Revis and Seattle Seahawks stars Richard Sherman.
"He's a cover corner," Jackson said of Culliver. "He's one of those guys that's going to sit off and read, read the quarterback. He's going to play his technique and do things of that type of nature.
"As far as what challenges me, I don't really get caught up in that type of stuff because I'm comfortable and confident in myself that I don"t think that anyone can guard me. He [Culliver] is a good player, don't get nothing wrong, it"s just the way I feel about myself.
"I don't feel no one can stop me. You can go get Darrelle Revis, Richard Sherman, whoever you want to get."
Jackson was a standout performer in his first season with the Redskins, following his arrival from the Eagles.
The 28-year-old led the NFL with 13 catches for 40 yards or more, while he tallied 56 receptions and six touchdowns as the Redskins finished the season 4-12.
Jackson added: "I always love to do more. Whatever opportunity I get to make a play, I'll make the most of my skills.
"To score touchdowns, to have energy, to light my team up, to get everyone riled up, to continue to go on the field and play at a high level. I just try to set the tempo, playing at a high level, and everyone else can follow."
