Decker (hamstring) and Milliner (ankle) missed practice on Wednesday as they battle their respective injuries.
But Jets coach Rex Ryan said he was confident the duo would be ready for his team, who are 1-1 this season.
"We will see how they progress, they were not practising today but we will see how they do," Ryan told reporters.
"We are confident they will be ready, we know they are going to work to get out there, I should say that I am hopeful they will play."
The Jets suffered a controversial 31-24 loss to the Green Bay Packers last time out.
