The Super Strong Sweet 5 ft 9, beautiful, bold and powerful African-American WTA Women number one is an 18 time grand slam winner in women tennis, holding control of the Clay, Hard and Grass courts

Serena is the second of two children from parents Richard Williams and Oracene Price; Serena and her elder sister Venus are half-sisters to Yetunde Price, who was killed in 2003, Isha Price and Lyndrea Price.

Over the past 15years, Serena Williams has been winning Grand Slam titles, and she currently sits fourth with Martina Navratilova with 18 titles, coming behind Helen Wills Moody (19), Steffi Graf (22) and Margaret Smith Court (24)

In three years she has won more than any player in tennis history.

Serena has 33 total Grand Slam titles, 18 of those in singles- starting with the 1999 US Open.
