The line-up for this year's Copa del Rey de Baloncesto is complete after CAI Zaragoza ensured a top-eight spot with a win over Gipuzkoa at the Plaza de Toros de Illumbe.

Only one place remained up for grabs in the competition going into Sunday's action, with Zaragoza needing to bounce back from defeat to Herbalife Gran Canaria last time out if they were to feature.

They managed to achieve that with the help of double-figure hauls from Marcus Landry, Henk Norel and Rasko Katic as Ruiz Joaquin's men built up an impressive 18-point lead going into the final quarter.

A late fightback from the hosts saw the deficit reduced to 15 points, but Joaquin's side were not to be denied and will feature in the competition for the third season running - having made the semi-finals last term.

Unicaja bounced back from their disappointment against Barcelona last week by seeing off Bilbao at the Palacio de Deportes Jose Mar a Martin Carpena.

Carlos Suarez and Mindaugas Kuzminskas scored 15 and 15 points respectively in a 86-74 victory, while there were no surprises in the meeting between FIATC Joventut and Sevilla.

Saturday's clash saw Joventut run out 75-64 winners against the league's bottom side, with Sevilla unable to add to their solitary victory this term.

Real Madrid made it 14 consecutive victories in Manresa as they ran out 83-66 winners over La Bruixa d'Or - Sergio Llull again influential for the visitors.

Llull racked up 17 points to help Real keep pace with Unicaja at the top of the table.

Barcelona eventually showed their quality to secure a 71-56 victory over MoraBanc Andorra, having initially been twice pegged back by their opponents.

Barca won the first eight points of the contest but the hosts levelled at 12-12 before the sides were again inseparable at the halfway point.

However, Alex Abrines helped himself to a 19-point haul - including four consecutive threes - as the visitors finished strongly and eased out for the win.

Elsewhere, Valencia picked up an 89-76 win at home to Montakit Fuenlabrada, while Iberostar Tenerife edged a close-fought contest with UCAM Murcia 78-72.

Gran Canaria have now won seven in a row in all competitions following Sunday's 79-63 win against Tuenti Movil Estudiantes, with Laboral Kutxa winning through 85-77 against Rio Natura Monbus.
