Alan Pardew opined that his midfielder Yohan Cabaye can walk into the team of his next EPL opponent, Arsenal
Crystal Palace has hailed his midfielder Alan Pardew, saying that the France international can walk into the Arsenal team.
Pardew's men host Arsenal this weekend in the English Premier League and ahead of the game, the manager said Arsene Wenger should have bought the midfielder.
He showed his class on his league debut for Palace, scoring in their 3-1 win at Norwich City last weekend.
"He's a fantastic player. He's definitely at the level of Arsenal's players,' Pardew insisted. 'I don't think anyone at Arsenal would disagree with that," Wenger said.
"He would get in their team. In the season to come [you can see] how strong the lower Premier League teams are.
"Look at West Ham, look at us, we're stronger, Stoke, their signing this week is fantastic. That second tier is getting stronger.
